Last week we finally got a chance to have a playdate with Finnean and Hutchinson!! It had been way too long! Kaia loves pretending to be a dog, so she was super excited that Finnean loves to be a dog too!! Here they are in their dog home!

This weekend we got to see Nana and Papa for a super quick overnight trip. This was the 1st we've seen them since they got back from Texas. We had a great time and Kaia was so happy to see them! Here is Kaia (in her new dress) with Nana!! We went shopping with Nana and Kaia put on her new dress as soon as she got home!

Kaia had a blast at the community egg hunt! It was really chilly and windy...quite a switch from the weather we'd been having! There were a TON of kids and it was chaos. But she had a lot of fun and was able to get some candy before the rain started! Success!

Kaia had a great time coloring Easter eggs!! Her favorite things were decorating with stickers and glitter--what little girl doesn't love a little sparkle on her eggs?
Kaia's obsession lately has been with being a dog. She pretends to be a dog everywhere we go, including Sunday School. Her name often changes between Olivia, Sparkles, Addy, Ella, and Bingo. She likes to do tricks and when we're in public it's sometimes a battle to get her to walk on two legs instead of four!! I am glad this girl has a great imagination...although sometimes she wakes up in the night and instead of calling out "Mom" she says "ruff ruff!"
Her other obsession is with being a princess. This poor dress she's wearing had a huge hole in it that we just had to patch because she wears it daily. She alternates being a princess and a dog, and sometimes she is a princess dog! On this morning it was pretty cold and cloudy, so we made a fun picture with our new bendy strings. These were great-they provided a couple hours worth of entertainment!!

In March Kaia was able to go to the high school dance team's dance clinic for the 1st time!! She was in Heaven! She went for 3 hours and learned a new dance, made some friends, and had a lot of fun! That night she got to perform in front of a packed gym! She had a blast and looked adorable dancing with the other preschoolers!
